Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on the novella by George R.R. Martin, the film centers on a queen who, desperate to grant her love, makes a bold move: she sends the powerful and feared witch Gray Alys (Mila Jovovich) into the wilds of the Lost Lands in search of magical power, where she and her guide, the wandering Boyce (Dave Bautista), must outwit and battle both men and demons.
